Giving Tuesday contributions

  • Lansing Central AA 1915 E. Michigan Avenue, Ste. D Lansing, MI, 48912 USA (map)

Tuesday, Nov. 28, is Giving Tuesday.

Consider contributing to Lansing Central AA to help us help other alcoholics in the Lansing area.

In 2023 we:

  • Helped alcoholics and their families in Ingham, Clinton, Eaton, and parts of Shiawassee County

  • Served more than 200 AA groups

  • Provided listings for nearly 300 weekly meetings

  • Provided meetings in the Ingham County Jail. One weekly women’s meeting and two weekly men’s meetings

  • Maintained a 24-hour hotline with the help of a team of more than 30 volunteers fielding calls about everything including the alcoholic who needs a helpful ear, to treatment facilities asking for information to family members seeking information on how to help their loved one.

  • Hosted our annual Mackinac Island Fall Weekend retreat with more than 100 attendees from five states!

  • Hosted a weekly AA orientation meeting for newcomers or those with questions about AA

  • Began uploading local speaker meetings and the panel discussions from our retreat onto YouTube (@LansingCentralAA)

Consider making a contribution to Lansing Central AA this Giving Tuesday. We are a 501c3 organization that relies on contributions from AA members to keep the lights on for the next alcoholic who still suffers. Your contributions help us purchase literature and coins and conduct events and workshops.

As Alcoholics Anonymous, we can only accept contributions from AA members or groups. We thank you for your understanding.
